Students and alumni from the Academy of Art University's School of Graphic Design walked away from the second AIGA Cause/Affect Design Competition with ten awards in five different categories, including Best in Show and two Judges Choice awards.

First Annual Homecoming for Academy of Art University Draws Crowd of Leading Graphic Designers
The first annual Homecoming for the Academy of Art University last week brought together 135 respected designers representing more than 90 nationally and internationally recognized design firms, all alumni of the School of Graphic Design, Academy of Art University. A juried alumni exhibition, mounted at the Academy's 79 Gallery at 79 New Montgomery, featured work of alumni for such clients as Adobe Systems Inc., award winning See Magazine, The North Face, CLIF Bar, and Gmund, the world-renowned paper manufacturer. The exhibit is available for public viewing through January 2, 2008.
